Horrible wellness at Hotel Waldheim. Swimming POOL: very cold, badly lit, showers boiling hot only; SAUNA: 70C cold Finnish sauna; GAMES: pool table 20yrs old and destroyed; pingpong table 20 yrs old and destroyed. AVOID!!!

Best mountain hotel ever
This place was horrible to eat. Never payed so much for such low quality food. I orderd a first meal and a second meal but it was basically just two first meals. Two sausages and a couple of french fries and next 5 tomato slices witch mozarella on top. The bread was old and hard. It was only 9 pm and they were cleaning the place and at 10 pm the lights went out eventhough we didn't pay yet. Service was bad and not welcoming. Never coming here again.
Amazing place right next to the city center!
Terrible. After waiting for 15 minutes there was still no sign of a waiter or any intelligent life. We got offered beer which was for another couple and they forgot about us after that. We felt like we were ignored completely. Obviously we left.

Hotel situato in una zona tranquilla, immerso nei boschi... ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza nel.totale silenzio. Le.camere pulite, ampie e il.bagno idem. La vista dalle camere mozzafiato. Personale gentile. Cibo buono! Consigliatissimo!
