A lovely hotel in a great location. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and well decorated; service friendly; breakfast excellent. Only a couple of minor quibbles, such as no tea/coffee making facilities in room, no on-site restaurant, no hair shampoo and conditioner.
Excellent hotel. Very clean and modern. The rooms are well appointed with good amenities. The pools are well designed with lots of outdoor seating /lounging to suit your mood. All of the staff from front desk to cleaning team were friendly and polite. The gym is a good size and the equipment looked brand new. There is a steam room and sauna which were available between 4pm to 8pm as well as a relaxation area and jacuzzi which you could use anytime. These did not cost any extra to use. You can also book a massage which my wife tells me was very good. Each room has a free to use safe and air conditioning. Some of the rooms come with coffee making facilities. As far as I could tell most of the rooms had views of the lake and large balconies. Unfortunately my balcony was quite small and the view not as good as the other rooms but it was still ok. ( See couple of pictures attached )This hotel has a relaxed and grown up vibe. There were no children staying whilst I was there and it was advertised as adult only in the tui brochure. There were a few signs restricting under 16s from some areas without an adult so maybe it's not adult only all of the year, best check if that's important to you. Undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I would recommend without hesitation.

This place is quiet, with a touch of quality, super friendly staff, this place is spotless, lovely pool and facilities, rooms are very comfortable and spacious and hi tech. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Malcesine.

Casa Barca exceeded our expectations. Claudio, his mother Maria and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was second to none. The breakfast was extensive and plentiful with a large choice to satisfy everybody. Located in a quiet place, but just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Malcesine. Thank you to Claudio, for making our holiday so memorable. We will certainly be visiting again.
Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The breakfast selection was great and the view from our room was amazing.
