The officer in information booth was so friendly and nice to all. Though it depends who is in duty the day you visit. Often there is a large que but yet my experience was good.

Not even one star. As a British citizen I couldn't find anyone that was able to help with my request solely because none of the employees speak English....an immigration office that are there to help and they can't even speak or understand...they think that by shouting slowly in Italian you will understand!! only word is pathetic.

Ho avuto a che fare due volte con la Questura di Varese, per due differenti certificazioni. Nel primo caso ho dovuto un po' penare perché l'addetto era spesso assente, ma ho trovato sempre suoi colleghi gentili e, pur non essendo di loro competenza, che mi ha dato una mano. Poc'anzi ho chiamato per avere informazioni sul secondo certificato e ho avuto risposta celere, esaustiva e gentile.
