It’s a place for getting your residence permit , carta di sojourno and many other things. You have to come early in the morning to avoid very very long ques.

Absolutely absurd. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Its 15 minutes past 9 (when the immigration office opens) and they still havent unlocked the door to let people in. These people show up at 6:30-7 am and stand in line for hours. If you want to make people wait until the last second to come in at least be on time. DISGRACEFUL conduct from a government office.

Funciona súper mal, muy desordenado sobre todo por las personas que hacen fil ao mejor dicho no hacen fila!! Uno entra y no sé sabe como funciona ni mucho menos el criterio de llamada. Una pena!
