Good food, very typical. Large portion in the most reasonable price. Just 2 of my dishes are too oily

Service is extremely slow, inconsistent and doesn't match the value delivered by the kitchen. After waiting for one hour for the first starters to come, we queried the waiters and we were told that\here we are cooking everything fresh and at the moment\ (that to be fair I wouldn't expect anything else from a restaurant....) The quality of the food was between average and decent, with large choices of typical Piedmont dishes. Maybe waiting half an hour for each different course didn't help to appreciate the food. Everything spoiled from the service. I do not recommend, spending two hours an half for a lunch, where we chose a predefined menu, seems to much..
