This place is terrible. Arrived at 1.05pm, took 15 minutes to place an order for the all you can eat. Over an hour later we received fewer than half of our dishes and they are all tiny portions. We asked to place our second order and repeatedly were told to wait. We ended up canceling everything and left. Edit: I received a response from the owner, questioning my intelligence for not understanding their terrible service (they were busy) and the fact that I had no complaints about their 'great' food. So let me address both, the little bit of food I did get was average, nothing special, but I was expecting that considering this is an all you can eat restaurant. The fact that the restaurant is busy doesn't make it acceptable to not take our order, even after repeated, 4 or 5, requests. This is an all you can eat restaurant where the strategy is to stop you from ordering your food until time runs out. Anyway, customer beware, as the owner states, if the restaurant is busy then waiting more than an hour for a handful of dishes is acceptable by their standards.
Food is good. But the waitress is not friendly and have no patient to explain our questions.
The only slightly negative thing there were the waiters. They just didn't seem so motivated but they did their job. The food and the interior of the restaurant are both outstanding though. For around 16 you can have an all you can eat menu plus some water. And not only does the sushi really taste fantastic but there is also a huge variety and it is served on fancy plates. The main advantage over conveyor belt sushi restaurants is that you always get what you want and your choice isn't influenced by what is on the conveyor belt.
Super cute and comfortable. The food is really really good and the service is quick and pleasant. The waiters are good at their job but pretty distant (felt like robots lol). Drinks and deserts are not included in the all-you-can-eat price (it's still pretty cheap) . The place is pretty informal and nice for kids. There's a bathroom outside the main hall. Overall I thought it was lovely :)
