I purchased six pieces of Capodimonte, and they are beautiful! Carlo took great care in wrapping them so that they were safe and suffered no breakage during shipping. They traveled from Napoli to Boston, Massachusetts and are absolutely perfect. Carlo's professionalism and reliability make business transactions with him a pleasure; the porcelain and ceramic pieces he offers are beyond compare in quality and price. The gorgeous Italian porcelain designs and product at Sorrento Shops is the best in the world in my opinion! We selected over a dozen impressive pieces that we use every day in our kitchen and plan to buy many more as we continue to add to our collection. Their prices are reasonable and the service we received from Carlo was impecable! Everything was shipped on time with extreme care and not a single piece was broken! I would highly recommend to anyone from the US to check out this store and acquire these beautiful and functional pieces.
Hi, I just received my order from Sorrento Shop, I’m so pleased and happy for my dishes. At first I was kinda worried if they will break in posts office, but they were really packed with foams and wrapped in plastic and of course in Christmas paper. I visited this shop a few years ago and bought a souvenir to bring home to remind me of my trip to Sorrento. Everything in this store is beautiful and handmade. Sadly, some workers in my house broke my souvenir so I found the shop’s website to replace my broken piece. I couldn’t resist purchasing a replacement along with some other matching items. The customer service is outstanding...the owner called me twice internationally and emailed me immediately. I can’t wait to return to Sorrento and visit the store in person again.
Visited this shop in September 2020, fantastic friendly service. Shipped our purchases back to UK for us and provided all tracking information. Just placed another order online and once again communication excellent. Well worth a browse online and highly recommended and visit to the store if your lucky enough to find yourself in Sorrento
