Ho appena acquistato due pentole staub di cui un wok (pentole costose!) e nella descrizione del prodotto c'erano come accessori bacchette e spatola che non mi sono arrivate. La risposta del venditore è stata che, contattato il referente Staub, gli è stato detto che dal 2021 gli accessori non erano più inclusi e si scusavano per la presentazione errata! Mi spiace ma non acquisterò più niente da loro perché avevo scelto quella particolare offerta proprio perché accessoriata e la risposta non è professionale perché non risolve il problema.
