I went to this shop to check BMC Blast 20. There was no stock, and the BMC system stated 6 months as a waiting period. I understand this as the cause of COVID19 and started looking for alternatives. Surprisingly, two days later they emailed me that bike has arrived at their shop and it's available for me. I went to the shop and tested the bike. We liked it. But it was a bit big for my son's size. Mechanic understood the issue and immediately reduced (cut) the handlebar width and seat post height to fit for my son. This was done even before the payment. And the price also very good. Thanks to Valerio and Moretti Bassano team.

Having crashed on the descent of the nearby Monte Grappa, my di2 stopped working at the back end and I was convinced that I had knackered the gear/brake lever and possibly some of the electronics. After doing all the normal resets following an impact, the system was locked in the one gear. Fearing the worst in terms of cost, and a lengthy delay off the bike while it got sorted, the bike went into this shop. The staff speak English and were unbelievably helpful. Their knowledge of the shimano di2 system was impressive and they quickly checked everything out while I went to the cafe next door. The resulting diagnosis was an out of line deraileur which they corrected. This was preventing the gearing from changing. They also did a safety check on my handlebars and trued the back wheel. The whole experience was great and they were very reasonable on cost. This is the best bike shop that I have ever set foot in with loads of top model bikes and gear from Colnago, BMC, Scott, POC, etc. It was great to see this business model working where so many back in England have fallen victim to the online trade.
