I went to this shop to by a mtb 29, for the moment the didn't had, alright. I book one specific mtb and I pay a price, they tell me that is going to arrive after 15 days. After 15 days still didn't arrived they say come after 1 week. After one week still didn't arrivex. I go to shop again and ask what is going on. They call the headquarters And they say there is no bike and god knows when it's going to come. Their solution is to take a smaller size to change the seat and pay more. I'm really disappointed with their service And shop. The worst experience with bicycle shop I ever had.

Credo di essere stato servito dal titolare del negozio che è stato cortese. Hanno una bella scelta di biciclette, pur essendo in un periodo difficile. Se le biciclette non le hanno in negozio le fanno vedere tramite il computer. Personale attento alle richieste del cliente.
