Very poor service and a rip off! They only want cash and have only one member in the standard lane and 4 in the fast lane doing nothing at all. The fast lane is double the price... Very poor service!!!

This luggage hold location was AMAZING. We stopped in and dropped off our luggage for a few hours between train rides and then went and walked around Milan. We came back, checked out and got our luggage right away. I think to hold your luggage for the first few hours is only 5 euros per piece. Well worth it and the service was fast and friendly.

After reading the previous reviews, I was reluctant to use the store, but it was convenient so I figured why not. To my surprise, it was a great. I was prepared to do the entire transaction in my almost non existent Italian, but the staff person was competent in English, as it seemed were his fellow employees, and the transaction was fairly quick and the interaction was pleasant. It was expensive to ship, but researching a bit, it didn't seem out of line.

Yes it is convenient as is inside the milan centrale station but it is much more expensive than bag bnb, nanny bag or stowyourbag. Worst is I arrived on time but there were 3-4 people before me and they were slow. So I was one minute more than 5 hours and had to pay extra 1 hour rate. No negotiation at all even though their delay was the culprit. Avoid if can. Very croded. Long queue to deposit bag and another queue to collect bag. Service is slow and poor.

I was a bit skeptical at first given all the bad reviews... But it was finally a good choice. I took the fast lane from the beginning and could deposit and pick-up the luggage without any wait. I paid 12 for full day. Not cheap but very practical!

Very disappointing service and extremely rude staff. The waiting line was huge, but making fun of us for misunderstanding their Italian explanation was definitely a higher priority for two of the guys working there than helping people. Not exactly what I would consider tourist-friendly. This is a lot of money for such a poor service.

It's a trap! Don't got there! Worst place ever. Not safe and very bad service. Don't trust them. They increase the price negotiated before when you come to take your luggage! And you have no choice: pay or leave without your luggage!!

Worst service in Italy? Thirty minute queue. One guy serving while five colleagues stand chatting and trying to sell expensive priority service. Rude nanager couldnt care less. Avoid at all costs
