They don’t even call people by there names, but by countries. They treat you horribly. Even if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait 5 hours in a queue outside. Oh and yes I’ve been waiting for my permesso di soggiorno for 1,3 years now

1. If you don’t have an appointment you must arrive there between 7-9 otherwise you’re turned away. 2. I waited two hours to be told I needed to make an appointment.

I expected the worst but actually they helped me a lot! Be patience. The procedures are complex so it is mainly the burocracy of Italy to receive one star reviews, and in my opinion it is not fault of the people at this office for that (they just apply the law).. the people here are quite helpfull and if you are polite and show them respect, I can confirm they are very willing to help and they will do their best to solve your situation.

Horrible place. I spent several hours just for inquiring some informations and their response is nonsense. What I can’t tolerate is the way they treated me They shouted at me and drove me away as I was a criminal.

If you're feeling too happy and loved, visit this place. They will go the extra mile to tone that feeling down for you. This is the reality of immigrants in Italy. Treated like dirt by every single officer inside. Good thing my next visit will be my last.
