By far the most competent and friendly bike shop I have come across while I have lived in Italy. For years, I have tried many shops in and around Milan but I have never been happy with their service. Upon finding 'Effettobici' online and speaking with local riders -who recommended it also- I was instantly welcomed and greeted by both Claudio & Stefano, who have been extremely helpful in recommending bike part upgrades and talking about bikes in general. These changes wouldn't have been possible without Colin, who is an excellent mechanic, clearly with extensive experience in the bike industry and a wealth of knowledge. I have taken each of my bikes to Colin for work (road, gravel & track) and he has been able to solve each of the problems. I have basic mechanic skills; however, with Colin's precision and clear eye for detail I will continue to take my bikes there!

English speaking mechanic, very Professional in his diagnosis of problems with my drivetrain. I had my Dura Ace Di2 diagnosed for battery draining problem, and thanks to the Elite service by a Shimano trained technician, the problem has been solved. Ho conosciuto Effettobici qualche mese fa, dovendo acquistare la bici per mio figlio. Il titolare, Sig. Stefano, ci ha spiegato le varie differenze tra le biciclette lasciandoci il giusto tempo per decidere. Da subito si nota che è una persona preparata e che svolge il lavoro con passione. Particolare menzione alla parte assistenza, fantastica!! Ho portato la mia bicicletta qualche giorno fa a causa di un problema sullo sterzo. Il meccanico, Colin, è stato gentilissimo. Si vede che è super preparato ed appassionato. Quando ho ritirato la mia bicicletta, che gli avevo lasciato in riparazione, l’ho trovata in condizioni migliori di quando era nuova. Dopo questa ulteriore conferma non posso che dire che Effettobici è sicuramente diventato il mio punto di riferimento.
