Worst experience ever Never again! The owner sold me a defect rim, where the spheres were broken. After fighting with him to take the defect rim back, which was already a difficult task, he finally agreed to give me back 2/3 of the money I paid for it. A few hours later I realized that the original cassette (not sold by him) has remained mounted on the rim, so I went back to ask for it. He refused to give it back, started shouting to me, calling me the worst things, and tried to force me out of the shop. He said he would call the carabinieri, which I highly welcomed, he called but they never came. In the end I left and went to the carabinieri myself. Fortunately, after two trials, they were able to convince the guy to give back my cassette. Worst experience with a bike shop, never again, the guy is rude, not reliable at all with his actions, starts to get upset for nothing, shouts, and his son called me by names you don't want to hear and tried to threaten me. 1 star is far too much, I would have chosen minus 5 stars if the possibility would exist.

I dont have good experience here.. back to back problems originated from his repairs. And he complains about my cheap quality bike.. I use it to commute 3kms(max) a day and not using it for long ride or mountain climbing. .

NEVER go here.. I bought a second hand bike for 100 euros, and there was a problem with the pedals in 3 days. He refused to give me any help, and I needed to pay 20 euros for the repair. No service at all! He began shouting to me and forced me out his shop. Bad place

Ieri mattina ho telefonato in negozio per avere informazioni su una riparazione ruota bibi ho parlato col titolare che e'stato gentilissimo e disponibile alla mia richiesta e sono rimasto poi d'accordo che sarei passato nel pomeriggio per la riparazione della stessa.Quando sono arrivato in negozio sono stato accolto e servito immediatamente e sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio richiesto. Posso dire che il negozio e' ben attrezzato e il titolare si mette a completa disposizione dei clienti cercando di esaudire tutte le richieste di assistenza per le biciclette. Essendo l'unico in zona lo consiglio a tutti gli appassionati della bici che sicuramente si troveranno bene come e' capitato a me. Antonio C.

Presuntuoso,svogliato e caro....diverse esperienze negative per lavoretti facili fatti male. Meglio che continui a vendere bici economiche piuttosto che fare grandi discorsi per poi non sapere chiudere una catena

Difficilissimo al giorno d’oggi trovare ancora artigiani onesti e precisi come quest’uomo . E’ una risorsa preziosa , vale molto di piu’ di quello che la sua modestia lascia trasparire , gli ho chiesto un lavoro assurdo su una bici fatta da me e non comprata da lui , me l’ha fatto benissimo senza giudicarmi , senza fare commenti e senza approfittare della situazione : bravo Giorgio , grazie , scoprirti e’ stato proprio un piacere !
