Bunch of lazy idiots! I've lost my phone in Venice, since I wasn't in Italy anymore when it was found, this person lazy to send it to me (even at my expencesreward) so he took it to the police station (S.Marco) where they told me when I was reporting it that they will send it back at my expences. On the phone my name was written, e-mail and a number on which I was available, but no post, no call, no email..Since I knew it was there, I kept calling every day for 1 month and they kept repeating me o inglese\ and hanging up the phone...I even wrote few e-mails in Italian and still no answer..Finally, after one month I managed to receive on the phone the only person there who speaks English and is not lazy (where was she all that time, previous 30 days, I still cannot figure out) and finally got an explanation why they aren't sending it back..If I didn't call for 30 days every day, I'd never get it back..

Nei giorni scorsi ho purtroppo avuto la brutta esperienza di subire il furto di una borsa che conteneva oltre a vari documenti e portafoglio altri oggetti a cui tenevo . Per fortuna recatomi presso il Commissariato S.Marco , per sporgere denuncia , ho ricevuto , nonstante fossimo fuori dagli orari indicati , una attenta e premurosa accoglienza da parte di una gentile vice-ispettore. Mi è stato dato il sostegno ed appoggio che più si può desiderare in queste situazioni. Grazie
Non si può mettere zero stelle altrimenti l’avrei messo. Questa sera ore 19,15 mi reco al commissariato di Fondamenta San Lorenzo per sporgere denuncia per un furto con scasso. Vengo mandato via perché non c’è il sotto ufficiale. Nel loro sito c’è scritto che l’ufficio denunce è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 8,30 alle 20. Con ogni probabilità sapendo che per fare una denuncia ci vuole tempo, probabilmente andavano fuori orario. Non dico altro se non aver perso due ore del mio tempo per recarmi lì e ritornare a casa. Un onesto cittadino non ha diritti solo doveri. Grazie mille
