An incredible place. If you are in the area you should definitely visit this. A must for anyone that loves orchids. They built an entire indoor jungle, with dozens over dozens of different orchids and other plants. They do have a small indoor parkour for kids. The best thing in my opinion were the birds they do have. They feed them twice a day and it is worth it because you yourself can hand feed them. They do have some varieties of orchids for you to buy at the end, but I guess it really depends on which ones are blooming right now, which I find sad, they had some amazing ones that were not in bloom that I would have liked to buy. Perhaps you can ask? I am not sure, however staff was very friendly.

Lovely few hours spent there with the kids. Good café, and excellent choice of pumpkins!

A magical place and a beautiful fruit orchard. I would recommend visiting St. George's for 10 euros. Perfect for a family day with kids that can feed the parrot, fish and turtles I loved very much ...........

The place is extremely nice, and has some exciting highlights. The entrancefee is a bit to high in my opinion, but that's also the only negative thing i can say about it. Great experience and would definitley reccomend it as a special experience if you have kids.

I visited mid-September to see the orchid garden. There were quite a few orchids flowering, but it was clear the majority of the plants flowered earlier in the year. It was not very busy and we had the greenhouse almost to ourselves. There's a lovely shopping area where you can buy flowering orchids of many different types, not the usual supermarket stuff. Prices range from 15-25 euro. There is a cafe and terrace with a play area for the children. The family ticket costed 24 euro which is value for money. Its easy to spend 2-3 hours there. We took bus 201 from Meran which stops in front.
