Nice place with tasty wine and meat.
They respect the meat. A job well done on all of our dishes. My tartare had a good clean beef flavor (although I prefer the Czech method of with toasted bread and raw garlic cloves.) My biggest surprise was that their steak was seasoned very similar to the way that I prepare a steak (but mine is still cooked/prepared better with a better \crust\.) Delicious steak, could be dried more before cooking for that amazing crust. But all in all, they seem to respect the meat. And this is important to me.
