18/03/21Pessimo,disorganizzazione,poca educazione all’ingresso , se posso dare meno -10 stelle lo davo , solo per la signora che sta in ufficio 5stelle solo lei sa fare le cose graziemille ancora . Sportello 9 di oggi la signora conviene tornare a casa

Personale gentile, efficiente e professionale (nel mio caso Signorina dello sportello 1). Il seminterrato é un po' tenuto male, pareti e pavimenti che fanno rumore e si muovono ad ogni passo e sembrano un po' fatiscenti.

Impossibile prenotare il numero senza venire qua fisicamente. Luogo abbastanza fatiscente e con odori inspiegabili. La cosa più grave è un'altra, ci sono 4 dipendenti a fantomatici sportelli "informazione" che praticamente non fanno nulla. Ho osservato per oltre un'ora e la situazione non è minimamente cambiata, la coda procede lentissima. I dipendenti ci sono, il problema è che non stanno alcun servizio al cittadino. Sinceramente non sembra nemmeno di essere a Milano ma in qualche paese del terzo mondo.
