we have an IFI Panorama and have had only problems with it since the start. If you are opening a gelateria and wondering which vitrine to buy, ask yourself: what will be the most reliable when it is 30 degrees and sunny! because this vitrine does not work in the heat. And where we live, few technicians seem to be able to fix it or work with it. If you call IFI and ask for service technician help, they will tell you at the moment not many people are in the office. Very bad customer service. Summer time for a Gelateria is crucial
