In December last year I had emergency dental work with Antonio and I have been meaning to write a review ever since. As an expat living and working in Italy it is hard, but essential, to find a dental practice where you feel confident in the process and product. Antonio was really friendly, passionate and did a great job on my damaged tooth. The practice is clean, modern and feels like a professional dental practice should. Antonio speaks English and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I also had a good teeth cleaning that was thorough but not painful. I highly recommend Antonio and this dental practice to everyone but especially to expats like me working in and around Siena.

Excellent! Antonio Marsala and his team took me in on an emergency appointment while on tour in Siena. Tooth fixed wonderfully well and now I can continue my tour. So good I booked another appointment. Five stars!

I visited Dr. Antonio Zambito Marsala due to a constant and persistent toothache that only got worse as time went on. As I was in the middle of a pilgrimage I had very little time for a dentist's appointment. Fortunately, Dr. Marsala was able to schedule an appointment only a few hours after calling. On arrival, the Dr and his assistant were both skilled and professional. They are very friendly, and helped put me at ease immediately. They identified the problem - an inflammation requiring a root canal treatment - and managed to correct the issue quickly, effectively, and free of pain. They gave me a provisional filling for a later permanent fix once I am back home. They additionally emailed me the x-rays so that my own dentist can carry on with a permanent filling. Overall, this was effective, and saved what would otherwise be a pain-ruined pilgrimage.
