TURN AWAY! IT'S A TOURIST TRAP! DO NOT EXCHANGE YOUR MONEY HERE! The lady was very rude to us. She refused to show us the breakdown of the exchange and told us to do our own calculation instead. Very bad exchange rate with super high commission rate (18%). She will get angry at you if you ask in detail

I thought about withdrawing cash before I left home...and I regret not doing so. DO NOT exchange currency from here. Not only is the rate WAY too high, but it is uncomfortable handing someone who barely speaks English your passport and DL to get information. Better to shop around, use a credit/debit card at POS, or exchange currency at home. Please learn from my mistake. This place has such a bad reputation my own bank froze my card because they saw it as fraudulent even though I notified them weeks before of my travel plans.
DON'T CHANGE HERE!!! THEY ARE THIEF'S!!! they charge you for 16% commission but they do not tell you anything about it until you sign!
Absolutely terrible, would rate 0 if I could. Not only did she take a 10 dollar commission fee, she also charged a \19% tax\. That's 100 dollars if you exchanged 500! This place is an actual scam, not an exchange place. Follow the advice of others and do not go!
DO NOT CHANGE FROM HERE!! Changed my leftover Swiss Francs without even told I was charged 15.89% commission plus 4 service charge! Didn't get a chance to do a refund as I was asked to sign the declaration beforehand WHICH IS NOT IN ENGLISH! Only found that out after I reached the Hotel to safely start counting my . I repeat DO NOY CHANGE FROM HERE!!
