I was looking for an apartment in Milan and I have booked one which was managed by Y-Nos. I must say, I'm very suspicious when it comes to real estate agencies, especially in a foreign country, because I always fear to be scammed in a way or another (and I've already been in Italy). However, Y-Nos has been really professional during my stay and always available. Whenever I had an issue, like a defective device or whatever, they were always inclined to find a quick solution. It's been a very smooth management from the first day until the last one. Grazie mille!
