Nice hotel with nice spacious rooms. Not very conveniently located and the ski in ski out piste is steep. The Spa is okay too. Pablo from the bar is great btw and the bar serves a big and great Gin experience.

Location brilliant. Ski in and ski out excellent. Not for complete beginners but a decent beginner could ski out and in (our friends who had only skiied a few times before were fine). Spa much better than envisaged as somewhere to relax, read a book, float in the pool or sit in the outside pool area in the middle of a snow storm. Gym equipment very limited. Breakfast lovely and fresh and staff helpful and quirky at the same time. Car park at hotel really good and in a snow storm a 4x4 essential. Ours made it up and down without a problem although others struggled. Shuttle bus to and from the resort also ideal so you can get in and out of town easily or to your car at the bottom of the hill of you don't fancy the drive. We will be back next December.
Best hotel in Cervinia, awesome and friendly staff. Very helpful front desk, and ski-in ski-out is hard to beat.
Had an excellent stay here at the start of the ski season. Really helpful friendly staff, nice rooms and good ski-in ski-out (on to a red run). Although not walking distance to town the hotel provides a free shuttle bus which can be used on demand and very friendly drivers happy to recommend local restaurants etc. Only downside is the bar and restaurant are quite expensive but this is probably inline with the quality of hotel. Restaurants in town are a bit more reasonable and easy to get to thanks to the minibus. Thanks for our lovely stay !
The hotel is ok, though not 4 stars, it’s 3. Rooms are good, however it’s very noisy in the morning, especially cleaning ladies that start vacuuming the corridor at 8am and feels like you don’t have a door in your room. Spa is nice, though small and you have to pay 12 euro per person each time you visit. Dinners are 40 euro per person and quite bad. Wifi is horrible, you can barely do email. Ski-in/out is nice, though from a red slope, not something beginner can do.
The hotel service and location is great. Ski in, ski out. The facilities in the premise is also excellent like bar service, lounge, breakfast service and the shuttle service the the centre. Very good staff. The only critics is the price with stay over. I find the rooms to small and ordinary for the price of 300 per night, and to stay for my vacation was the purpose. The price is more related to hotel services and location rather than to sleep.
Lovely hotel with everything set up for a great skiing holiday. Ski in / out of ski room is a real bonus. Good restaurant with daily changing menu. Provide on demand shuttle up and down to main village which worked really well.
Very rude driver of the hotel who several times honked on tourists visiting the village while they were stuck on the road during the snowstorm. This is not the local Italian hospitality that we heard of! SHAME! The bathroom was mouldy and room not very clean but at least food was not too bad. Do not recommend and won’t come back!
