I cannot say enough about Gloria. On a recent trip to Italy, we went out of our way to Volterra, specifically to find an alabaster artisan for something custom and special for a private family matter. We met with a few alabaster artisans in Volterra, but we liked Gloria's creations the most, and her willingness to help. After speaking for a while, taking some photos of her pieces, learning about her process, and after returning to the US, we began working with her. The results are in, literally - and we are speechless. My family is incredibly moved by the care, the effort, the perfection of her work. The attention to detail, the creativity, the elegance of her work, her fine touch is impeccable. We have commissioned Gloria for a second piece now. Some friends have asked us to refer them too, now that they've seen the results. I am so glad we found Gloria, and months later we continue to work with her. Rest assured, Gloria is a master, an artist of both classic motifs and traditions, and contemporary innovations. And plus, she's just a delight to work with.
