DONT USE THIS COMPANY! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My husband and I bought skip the line ticket entries to Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome, Italy. We got the confirmation number and the 24 hour email reminder of our tour which was scheduled at 10:30am. Per the instructions we had to arrive 30 minutes prior to their office to pick up the tickets. When we arrived at Castel Sant'Angelo, turns out that their offices where .5 miles away!! Our mistake for not double checking the address but usually ticket offices are inside or next to the place of the tours. My husband and I walked half a mile following google maps at this point (because not even the security guard at Castel Sant'Angelo knew where the address was) straight to the address indicated on the email. When we got there, there was NO OFFICE TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE. In fact, the business next to the supposed address told us that they closed and changed locations some time ago.... By this time our scheduled tour had already started and we had no tickets. When we called the phone number listed on the email of our reservation, the number was disconnected. We called the phone number listed on the website and got an answer from an employee in Barcelona, Spain! They claimed they did not have access to the system in Italy and that we had to call the local office. We explained that the local number was disconnected so they gave us another number to call... It was also disconnected. We went back and forth with the customer service employee in Spain about 4 times...ALL local phone numbers for Italy were disconnected. We ended up going back to Castel Sant'Angelo and just buying the regular tickets ourselves and by the way, there was no line. Castel Sant'Angelo is a self guided tour, so don’t be fooled by this company’s advertising. At the moment we’re trying to get our money back. Considered yourself warned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible service. They told us they would give a refund on Wednesday, they never refunded, and we came back on Saturday, and never refunded. Petty and argued all the time. Never got over 100 euros back.
Really enjoyed our Vatican guided tour.
No co-operation at all don’t come here they don’t listen.
We booked. The morning they took care of us they told us the tour was overbooked. They got us a ticket for skip the line but no tour. Very bad experience and bad communication

Siamo stati avvicinati da un loro collaboratore per il tour in Vaticano con guida italiana, abbiamo accettato la proposta, ci siano recati in agenzia,abbiamo pagato anticipatamente il tour posto due giorni dopo la prenotazione e il giorno della visita abbiamo ricevuto un amara e brutta sorpresa. Premesso che il tour doveva iniziare alle 11.30 e siamo riusciti ad entrare solo alle 13.00 ma la cosa più sbalorditiva è stata che l agenzia satura d prenotazioni nn aveva più guide per la vista in italiano x cui o si seguiva una guida in tedesco/inglese oppure c si arrangiava da soli, cosa che abbiamo fatto. Problema è che l entrata senza guida aveva un costo invece con la guida un altro... dopo varie discussioni ci hanno dato un mezzo rimborso ma state attenti...
