Although the place is beautiful to stay for two couples the remaining beds are bunk beds in a tiny room which is not displayed on the advertisement. While this wouldn't be a problem, I was a bit irritated by the dishonesty. Another disappointment was that the pools are not included and not even part of the villa itself which is also not clearly stated in any advertisement (e.g. booking.com or others)

Recommended for those looking for a quiet place and remove the plug from everyday life.... Suggestive location to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the middle of a green area, ideally for families and couples, not far from the sand beach and shopping center. VILLA AMEDEA offers all ambiences with a modern comfort, a living-room with kitchen and open-space for having breakfast and meals outside. Parking at disposal. All wish will be satisfied, if there are special requests!
Beautiful modern Villa in 5* area directly in the center of Lignano Pineta with all shopping possibilities. Barbeque facilities and private parking in front of the house. The Beach with many summer activities is 1 min. from the house.
no pool, 4 tiny bunk beds underground, false advertising, far from beach, not worth the money
