Good place for weekend walks and jogging. Place to revisit Italian military history of WW I.

Small but we'll organized museum (5 rooms external exhibition of cannons). It's free to enter but slightly out of vicenza, so I would recommend it to fans of war history. It contains information about the unification of Italy, world wars 1 and 2 (so about 1850 to 1950), including maps, paintings, weapons (mostly swords and guns) and clothing. Information is only in Italian. The complete visit lasts about an hour, if you want to study everything. Half an hour is enough if you are just looking at the content. There is parking available for free at the side of the road, by the entrance of the museum

Fascinating and does not deserve to be so overlooked. Need some Italian to make sense of it. Assuming that either the Resorgimento or the Italian involvement in WW1 can actually be said to have made sense for most Italians.
