We were treated very well by this company and its sales representatives. We purchased two unique glass sculptures in September, 2019, and we received our shipment (at their expense) less than 4 weeks later. The care in packaging was incredible, and the unique glass sculptures look phenomenal in our home. They were very professional to work with, and delivered exactly what they promised. You will need to fill out a customs form with Fed-Ex before delivery, but that was easy. You might also have to pay use tax or sales tax in the USA depending on your state, but you shouldn't have to pay any other taxes with customs as these are unique works of art.

The demonstration is nice but the products are extremely overpriced. Same exact stuff can be found in Venice for 2-3x cheaper. Avoid this scamerino shoperino
Really awesome live demonstration of how to make Murano glass object and decorations. The shop at the end of the tour has amazingly beautiful objects, but only downside is the prices are really high!!!
This could have been a five-star review just for the imagination of the artists and the beauty of their work. However, we were targeted by a particularly zealous salesman who insisted we visit the\art room\ upstairs. The items there were so gorgeous, but cost several THOUSANDS more than we had planned to spend. It took so long to get back downstairs to the average merchandise that we had no time to shop before out boat tour departed. Because they wanted us to buy too much (), we ended up buying nothing.
We had a fantastic experience here. Our hotel sent us here, after we inquired about finding a chandelier, and Vetreria Estevan Rossetto did not disappoint. We were greeted by Marco, who provided a tour of the glassblowing, but then he ushered us into several showrooms, from historical Italian to very contemporary glass to help us narrow our choices where we chose a quite contemporary, knock-your-socks off chandelier and a gorgeous contemporary vase. Later, as we left, we found the \souvenir room\ which had less expensive but beautiful glass and jewelry items, too. Daniele, son of the owner, also showed us into several rooms with museum quality items. Their workmanship is gorgeous. This is a place for the glass connoisseur, but they had many items for the typical tourist as well.
