Prices are good, open 24/7. They treat your pets very well. they speak enough English (if you don't speak Italian)

The most professional, kind and compassion team in the area. Just wonderful.

We had a 1500 appointment for our dogs broken leg. Receptionist was rude and more interested in her computer monitor then helping us. At 1515 the doctor was out of the building. So they took another dog who arrived after us first. So we left. Spend our money else where.

While the clinic is literally a life saver, they could work on their customer service a little bit, both towards the pets and their owners. We left our cat there overnight after them poking her 20 times to get some blood, unsuccessfully I might add, only to find out the next day that nobody checked on her during the night and the fluids they were giving her leaked into her paw which was now of cartoonish size. When we went to pick her up during visiting hours we spent 2 hours there without anybody even acknowledging us and them not giving us any information, just telling us she needs to stay there one more night. Third day, we arrive there for news, only to find out the person in charge at that time had no idea what's going on with our cat and they have to make some calls to see what's going on. Turns out they haven't actually done any of the blood tests we have paid for 3 days before and since they're low on staff on the weekend they want us to leave her there till Monday till they can run a blood panel. Bottom line, we paid 400 euros and had our cat poked and mistreated only for them to tell us she's not eating and vomiting, a.k.a. the reason we brought her there in the first place...
