Venice is amazing! Italy by itself is just another world! Always in my heart. Don’t forget a camera, you will need it on every step you’ll make.
The people mover is a mono rail train on elevated railroad, running from Piazzale Roma to the Cruise Terminal and further. It provides a convenient (one stop, less than 5 minutes) and inexpensive (1.5 per person per trip) connection between Roma and Cruise Terminal. The coach is modern and spacious. Highly recommended for cruisers, especially those who are on a tight schedule but want to have a chance to see this side of the city centre.
Great port. Free wifi. Good seamans centre
Very interesting experience riding water taxi to hotel.
