I could not travel to Venice, as flights were cancelled by Covid, and the province of Venice was closed. After some discussion I received an e-mail that my reservation was cancelled with no cost, and at first I did not receive my money back. However, Silvia did as much as she could since the moment she knew the bank did not process the refund order and almost immediately I received it. I am looking forward to going to Venice and staying at this place.

Great place accommodation very clean friendly and helpful staff and just down the road from a lovely park restaurants a stone throws away with handy shops and small market stalls in the morning great base was evening when I took the pictures but lovely walk in the sun

Just want to say that my staying here in Venice was overwhelming. It's a great location because is very close to St. Mark square and the Biennale. I felt like a local when I was there for its unique style and presentation. Lovely place to stay away from the crowds! The rooms and bathroom seemed newly renovated and well furnished.They also give me an upgrade where I had the kitchen included! Overall it was a great service, very accommodating, and I really appreciated deposit our bags at the early so we could explore the city and check in later! I would highly recommend this place! It made my trip to Venice perfect! S

It is a good place. Good value for money. I did not realize that the bathrooms were shared when I booked the room but it was no problem in the end. If you want a nice, homey place that does the trick for sightseeing for a good price then it is the right place. Maybe if you look for something fancy it is not your spot. But in that price range I think it is a great option. Treatment and service was good too.

We had a lovely stay at one of your apartments that had everything we needed. The location was excellent as were the directions. We especially liked being able to walk the waterfront and easily make our way down to St Mark's. Our host was very welcoming and gave us exceptional tips on places to go for best experiences. I do not typically write reviews; however, I made an exception in this case because I had a wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed in one of the apartments on our honeymoon and it was beautiful. The apartment itself was very nice and the owners were extremely kind. They came to our door within minutes when we needed something and answered any question we could come up with. Would stay there again and recommend it to all!

Location is great. But, have following severe problems. 1.i was pressured to make a paid upgrade for 10euro per night for rooms with kitchen though i thought it comes with kitchen while all the good comments are saying they are hostel rooms with kitchen but sadly not. They only give up because i said i dont have enough cash which they insisted me to pay a certain service fees in cash though they accept credit card. 2.I was charged a total of 12% of cleaning fee for my total stay which during my whole stay, no sheet is being changed, no new towels are provided, i have to put the trash in the shower trashcan so it could be dealt with. 3.it says towel included, but even though i have booked for 5 nights, only 1 set of towel can be offered. So yeah, nice experience. 4. It is a bnb style hostel, so its not a bnb cause it dont provide kitchen or breakfest, they just offer you a bed in a room with lock. It is not a hostel, because in a hostel a daily cleanup of the room even refreshing of new towel will be provided but sadly they dont. So they are neither a hostel or a bnb. If you are interested in paying service you will never get, it is a good place to go to. Hope you will enjoy your stay with never been clean towel and bed sheets. Oh one good thing though, around the corner is a coop supermarket, go to the warm counter and buy their baked potatoes, it will amaze you even though its a supermarket baked potatoes. Have fun in venice and hope you guys find a decent hotel or hostel room to stay in and enjoy your time.

Great location on quiet street, beautiful rooms and bathroom, great service, very clean, very accommodating, and we really appreciated leaving our bags at the hostel early so we could explore the city and check in later! I would highly recommend this place! It made our trip to Venice perfect!
