Very good place u would recommend to stay outside island. Staying inside seems very risky. Be aware of pocket pickers.

Venice is one of our favorite spots in Italy. Why? It is small and compact, perfect to be explored with just a few days time. Venice is romantic, historic, and gorgeous. The canals, the gondolas, the architecture, the colorful towns of Murano and Burano…what is not to love?

Venice is a very romantic and a historic city. The way it is built on water, old cathedrals, castles, streets, water channels, gondolas... It definitely worth a visit. It is recommended. Two major disadvantage: 1- Where does all the tourists money goes ? if it is not for repairing the flood, then it is completely lost. The Italians should be aware of this, their is sinking, the flood is becoming regular and the damages irreversible. 2- Venice has a big lack of trees and plants, which makes it polluted. All ships in the water channels (except Gondolas) run on fuel diesel or else... I see that this city is sinking very slowly, and it seems the authorities are not responding fast enough or not at least not effectively (corruption ?). For these reasons, and because nothing is repaired yet, I recommend visiting Venice, because one day it will be completely submerged.

Venezia is my favorite place. Most people love it at night, I love it on early mornings. It's so beautiful and calm. I loved it. The food was amazing and the people were really nice. Try a hot chocolate in venezia, you will be surprised. Their hot chocolate is pure muted chocolate(literally) no milk.

My own words fail me to describe the city, so I will just repeat after Peggy Guggenheim: \It is always assumed that Venice is the ideal place for a honeymoon. This us a grave error. To live in Venice or even to visit it means that you fall in love with the city itself. (...) After your first visit you are destined to return at every possible chance or with every possible excuse.
