High-end mall with free rooftop access to a city-view. Stop by if you have some time, otherwise don't sweat over it. You have to sign up online for an appointment and get there on time. You go up the velvet escalator and wait for about 5-10 minutes in a group to get to the rooftop. Once you get there, you get a good view of Rialto bridge and the whole city. Since it's built more in the center, you can see straight down, so the photos might come out weird if you don't angle them correctly. You get 10-15 minutes to admire the view, then get down via stairs. Mall looks nice, but way too expensive.

Ultra cool department store very close to the Rialto Bridge, the true definition of opulence this department store could teach UK department stores a lesson, probably the closest experience I’ve had to Harrods in another country! The store is structured across floors, with large number of staff on hand to deal with your enquiries. All staff are attentive and great with enquiries! Too it off with a stylish roof terrace (you need to book in advance) to get great panoramas of Venice.

I didn't really spend time in the shopping mall. I went straight to the rooftop. If you want to see Venice from above and have a good look over the Canal Grande this is definitely a good spot. Booking is required! I'd advice everyone to try to get to the rooftop when is sunset. You get a much better light for taking pictures! During day time, you are fully exposed to direct sunlight. Hence, in summer time, is very hot and the light is very "hard".

Beautiful shopping centre. Was previously a post office. Sales staff all super helpful and no pressure to buy anything. Go to the roof for the views they are probably the best you will get in Venice

Excellent interior design. The 5 storey shopping mall is located right next to famous Rialto bridge. The middle part of the mall is empty therefore it feels like a colliseum where you can see first floor by looking straight down. There is a bit of everything in this place - mostly the high end quality shops. On the last floor there is a terrace but it's not for free to go outside and look at the city. TIP: go one floor down and just look outside the windows if you want to see good views.

I felt here very bad. Service is looking on you all the time, ale the time saying to which areas you can walk and which not. Everywhere are signs "please do not touch anything". I wanted to buy a perfume but lady from service was surrounding me and I couldn't do any move without her interruption so I decided to buy perfumes somewhere else. I don't know how look the rooftop because it was "booked". Actually I didn't find anything nice about this place. I left with sad feeling that I wasn't welcome to be there.

Nice, polite staffs. Its terrace at the top floor offers a beautiful panorama view. The terrace is free to entry but you have to reserve a ticket.

Review of the Rooftop Terrace. I was staying in the Rialto area and made reservations for the rooftop terrace at T Fondaco, they give you 15 minutes up there so you can take pictures and videos, the rooftop has great views of most of venice, specially the Canal, 15 minutes is probably not enough time but since it's so many people I understand their way. The mall has nice famous stores, a bar in the middle of the first floor with great seat, chairs and couches, they also have food at the bar. People are really nice and helpful, no food or drinks from outside though. I suggest you make reservations because they have a limit of people that can go on the roof, I think it's 80, place is always crowded with people so the reservation is a must, they also have computers so you can do the reservation for the later or the next day but if you're only in Venice for 1 or 2 days then I suggest you reserve before on their website. Overall, we had a great but short time on the rooftop, can't complaint since it's free and the views are totally worth it.
