If you are looking for a Venetian \bacaro\, this is the place to go. You'll find there the atmosphere of the traditional bacaro with all the locals and friends coming for a glass of wine before diner and also a good quality food and very friendly personnel. You'll find all the traditional traditional dishes from the Venetian cuisine, well cooked and nicely prepared... not the kind of tourist trap you could find in many places around Venice. It is worth every penny.

Average quality of food for a relatively high price. Surprise \service charge\ on the bill for 10% of the total amount, added to the normal cover charges of 2,5 euros per person, common in Italy. It very much feels like a rip-off.

My dear friend's family restaurant. Pleasant welcome on arrival followed by a refreshing Aperol Spritz. Italy is so civilised, cicchetti accompanies your drink. I had the black squid ink spaghetti & a glass or 2 of prosseco. My dessert was a mystery treat & so yummy. Of course there's outside seating, 2 small bar areas just before the main dining areas to the back. I'm slightly biased but the service I received & saw was great. Always felt welcome & cosy. True Venetian dishes & hospitality.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I WONT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR. ABUSIVE MANAGER. I went for a Lunch there and only ordered Pizza and Mineral water. The waiter brought in bread with some sticks as well. When I specifically asked is it free as I did not order waiter after discussing with manager said it is included in the Pizza. But Alas when the bill came I was charged 3 euros for the same. When I asked manager came and refused to acknowledge my asking before and started shouting at me. Only after I mentioned I will call police and I wont pay for the bread he agreed to not to charge. Even after leaving they started calling and shouting at me WHICH IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. PLEASE AVOAID AT ALL COSTS
