@owner: As written in my review, I already have sent several e-mails to your [email protected] mailbox. I have paid a lot of money, 1st week of july 2020, but you do not deliver or answer my e-mails. I have placed my order in the 1st week of july 2020. In the beginning you made several delivery promises but I received nothing. No order, no track&trace, nothing. The last few weeks I even receive no answers on emails also. I ordered 1st week of july 2020. Today it is september 15th 2020. You don't know about outstanding big orders? Mrs. Silvia Marangoni knows ... she promised to send my order several times, but didn'd do. Please check your order management system. Order (1K) processing date first week of july 2020. Why do you ask me, below my review, to contact you again? If I do, Mrs. Marangoni promis by mail to deliver, without doing that or I wont get any response at all. Potential Murano Glass customers should watch out for this! Therefore I share my bad OMG experiance with the world wide web. ******************************************************* I have a very bad experiance with OMG!!! If they check their info@ mailbox and undelivered orders, they know who I am. I placed and payed a big order almost 3 months ago. They confirmed my order by mail but after that: they did not deliver!! They do not respons on my e-mails for weeks. Actualy I feel my money is gone. Their website looks great but in my experiance their relaiability is zero point zero. Note: I found out that the good e-trusted reviews you find on their website, are only from customers who are selected and invited by OMG. Also E-trusted does'nd give buyers protection to OMG customers.

Before Christmas a very busy time I placed an order at OMG for a few Items intended as gifts. I got a full support from Gianluca Rossi to select what I was looking for from the existing inventory at that time.The products were properly packed and arrived within a week in Canada in perfect condition. I am very happy with the quality of the products and the professional service provided by the company employees, particularly Gianluca Rossi.
