I have been impressed by this place! The several chapels spread around Sacro Monte are filled with paintings and sculptures from the famous artist Gaudenzio Ferrari. The App with the audio files helps the visitor discovering more about these amazing art pieces (only in Italian I guess, for now)

This is a truly unique, extraordinary place. Even if you're not religious you'll be fascinated by the path created in the park. All chapels, all shrines all works of art are worth looking. Also the site is accessible from a short cable car ride, which is exciting in its own right.
