Very very very very STUPID emergency room. If you are not local you come in and they make everything so random as possible. Stupidest emergency room line I have ever seen. No order only chaos. No registratsion. Just walk in and start talking with everybody. Very very stupid....

Extremely BAD service, my wife had to wait for 3 hours today who was injured during the tour in Como and I had to call the ambulance to take her to this miserable hospital and no one from the emergency doctors was looking after her, we could not wait and we left back to Milan to catch-up the train, in weekend everyone is on vacation even in hospitals, very bad.

Pronto soccorso improponibile . I pazienti vengono lasciati fuori in attesa senza accettazione . Funziona cosi: ai paziente Vengono richieste le tessere sanitarie poi rispediti fuori in attesa senza nessun controllo . Dopo circa un'ora da quando il paziente lascia la tessera sanitaria l'infermiere chiama il paziente per fare la prima visita . Quindi dove sta il primo soccorso? Il paziente in un'ora può morire . Alla domanda ,come mai questa attesa , la risposta è ci sono emergenze ma nel tabellone neanche un codice rosso . Quindi tutti noi in attesa ci chiediamo se questa è la serietà della sanità italiana o è solo un' entita' da considerare isolata dal resto? Attes
