Fabio has been actively engaged for over 20 years in various fields of marketing, communication, business innovation projects and has developed deep expertise in the food and beverage area. Since 1996, as founder and CEO of Totem, he has been able to face countless paths of marketing consultancy, has developed business innovation experiences in particular through the creation of high value added events, and has launched a series important projects in the food and beverage area playing a leading role in Italy. The birth of Emporio - Food and Beverage Marketing Resources allowed Fabio to create interesting experiences in terms of branding, food retail, institutional promotional programs, "foodtelling"​ with the management and participation to many of the most important Italian food showvcases. Since 2005, Fabio was advisor of one of the most important Italian startups in the Sportech area, WYSCOUT, world leader for big data services providing the football market, becoming partner and developing a powerful marketing tool for the company such as the WYSCOUT FORUM. In 2014- 2015, coinciding with a decisive investment round, he became WYSCOUT Director of Marketing and Sales, also contributing to the idea of ​the WYLAB incubator active in the sportech sector. In 2015 Fabio joins Matteo Rizzi and Lazaro Campos becoming partners for the creation of FINTECHSTAGE, an international ecosystem building platform that has managed over 20 events and conferences all over the world, culminating with the FINTECHSTAGE FESTIVAL 2018 in Italy and the design of the FTS Innovation Hub. At the beginning of 2018 FINTECHSTAGE faced an operation of M & A by the GELLIFY group, for the constitution of a new brand, GELLIFY FINTECH, which took over the existing activities bringing them into a more ambitious development project. Today Fabio also deals with advisory and mentorship for selected startups, especially in the area of ​Fintech and Industry 4, through his own UpThink brand.
