Absolute Tuscany! I have just returned from yet another wonderful week with Tuscan Charm. This my third time staying at what I think is the best property available. The service is second to none. The owners simply go out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel like family. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

We have been using Tuscan Charm for our vacation bookings for many years now and can only say that we have never encountered any problems with our bookings. Terry has always been extremely helpful with advice on the properties. Any problems that arise during your stay are dealt with quickly and effectively. He has a wealth of expert knowledge on everything going on in the area and beyond and is able to arrange numerous activities if required. I would definitely recommend using Tuscan Charm to book a villa in this lovely part of Italy. You won't be disappointed.

Definitely stay away from this sneaky Tuscan Charm company. We recently booked a trip to Tuscany with one of their agent. He had 30 days cancellation written in his email to us. We made our reservation 46 days before but had to cancel it 11 days later, which was still 35 days before the check in. Then the agent started to alter his words in many ways, such as their policy was indeed 45 days, even in front of the screenshot of his previous email. He also gave us excuses such as there were processing fees and costs for the owner to arrange our breakfast (yeah.. who would believe arranging breakfast 46 days before arrival), and therefore they could not refund our deposit, which was USD549.38. Since they did not honor their word and made up so many nonsense stories to ripe our money away like this, we had no choice but ate our lost. We really hoped that none of you would be the next victim of this type of scam.
Wonderful properties and a great service from very helpful team at Tuscan Charm . We had a great vacation and I would recommend this site and the area to anyone wanting a wonderful Tuscan escape!
The owners are helpful, charming, honest and nice. It's impossible not to have a lovely time staying at the INN.
Sehr kundenfreundlich. Ich ging am Geschäft vorbei und schaute mich um. Da wurde ich gefragt was ich mache. Urlaub natürlich. Geschäftstüchtig wurde mir ein Espresso angeboten und eine weitere schöne Reise gewünscht. Sehr aufmerksam.
