Overall not such a horrible experience. The place in front of the station seemed to be renovated quite recently, the station itself was in an acceptable condition and although there was some litter thrown around, it was relatively clean. The cashier was helpful and he could communicate in English. There are, however, some things to improve on: better customer information (especially on the website) and more English-language signs. It was not fully clear where we had to go at the first time, but there is a sign on the right-hand side reading 'AI BUS', which means 'TO BUS'. So whilst there definitely is room for improvement, it is all right for a short wait.

Charged my credit card purchase of a bus ticket as a cash advance. I had to dispute my credit card to get the cash advance fee reversed, with proof of the bus ticket receipt (fortunately I kept this). (October 2014)
