Although it's quite a drive over a curvy small road up the mountain it's definetely worth the effort. Okay, this is not the refined *-kitchen with espuma's, and infusions of this and that. No this is the real food you need when hiking the mountains. Unaltered local dishes with fresh ingrediënts and their homemade Fontina cheese. Just delicious. Furthermore it is prepared and serve by very friendly and authentic people.
