Back today after 20years. Still same owners and always the best price/quality food as like in the past. Strongly recommend if you are in the area. Ask for the home made NOCINO at the end of the meal.

We were touring nearby and the owner of another restaurant had recommended this trattoria. There were 4 of us and a bit early for lunch but they sat us right away and brought us wine, bread and some grilled vegetables. The mother is the main cook, the son is sous chef and daughter waits on tables. We met the family and asked that they choose what we would eat... after 9 courses we had to cry basta. Every course we had was very good to excellent; quality that I would have expected from a higher rated restaurant in Milan or Florence. It was fun to watch the cooks go out into the side yard to collect fresh herbs and some of the vegetables for our lunch. When you go, be sure to ask for the preserved figs with the cheese course.
