I am a regular guest in this restaurant for 20 years. The 2 daughters, after the early death of their mother, have taken over the traditional way of cooking with huge success. You can get everything homemade, from pasta to local meat and wine - and even salad and asparagus picked from the meadows in the nearby mountains. I especially love the huge Christmas dinner, really delicious and endless - in hours and in food. For a few years the South Umbrian EXPAT group is gathering here once a month. I posted some photos from our meeting yesterday, 34 people were served delicious pasta, meats and other goodies. It is one of the ever more rare places where you can eat genuine and local food prepared in the traditional local way.
