We were sorely disappointed. The service for non neighborhood clientele was horrifying. The food tastes old and stale. It was obvious that the locals are treated to a different menu. A menu that was fresh and inviting. We watched as we waited after asking for the cheque several times, that bottles of their wine was placed on the table rather than poured one glass at a time as was with us. The food looked fresh and I wished they had served the same to us If you are from another country I do not suggest you eat here. The only reason we ate there was the bartender in our hotel recommended it as it was close to our hotel. After experiencing fantastic food all over Florence and Tuscany, it left a sour note. We highly recommend Titos, and had we known better we would have taken the cab ride. This is a pass.
