We went on a private day tour to Capri and Anacapri with the wonderful guide Marcella in October 2017. Here are the reasons why we highly recommend this company: 1. Efficiency - Annalisa is the most helpful. She replied to emails very promptly even in the Asian time zone! 2. Very well planned guide - we finished our tour very efficiently before rain started pouring. We could even take an earlier jetfoil back to Positano. Without Marcella I couldn't imagine how long we need to wait for every sightseeing sites (especially the Blue Grotto). Also even we suddenly changed my return jetfoil time, the return car transfer was arranged seamlessly. Thanks to Annalisa and her company's efficient arrangement. 3. Friendly guide - Marcella is the most lovely guide I've ever met. She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed her company so much. If we knew this company earlier we would have booked our Pompeii guided tour with this company! 4. Reasonable price - I had asked around before joining this tour. This company offers reasonably priced private tour and everything is perfect. They don't take deposit unlike some company - and we like this kind of trust relationship in Italy. I don't think I could have checked all recommended spots without Marcella and her company's help. Highly recommended!
