The day we had on Capri out of Sorrento with guide Maria was brilliant. Maria was informative without boring you and also gave much practical advice relevant to the not particularly cashed up visitor. Highly commended.
What a wonderful day I had on my Capri tour with Maria Gross as our guide. She was so knowledgeable and was very attentive to everyone on our tour. But most of all she was fun and made it a day I won't forget. The chairlift was fantastic. Definitely would recommend her to anyone wanting to take a trip to Capri.
We booked a boat tour to Capri, which included a private yacht tour there, around the island, and back. On the way back, the ship went into port, and made everyone leave the boat and board a public hydrofoil on the way back, effectively eliminating a third of the tour we paid for. We went to the office to get some form of partial refund (or even an apology!) and were met with rude customer service and refusal to refund us for the third of the tour that was not completed.
Took two tours with Tours & More this week. The first was to Capri Island, our guide, Maria was the best! She was very thorough with her explanation of all that we were seeing on our tour of the island and also very helpful in helping us get to the Blue Groto with zero hassle and gave us great advice on getting ahead of the crowd! A terrific day on Capri! Our second tour this week was to have a private car and driver/guide take us on a tour of the Amalie coast! Our guid was Josephi and he didn't disappoint! We spent 8 hours visiting Positano, Amalfi and Ravello with numerous stops and visits along the way! Josephi knew every nook and cranny as well as grottos, beaches, restaurants, sights etc!! If you have the time and are in Sorrento don't hesitate to do this tour!!
NEVER BOOK ANYTHING HERE, EVER!!! I had just booked a trip to Pompeii and they cancelled it one day before without any reasonable explanation and the worst, they didn't even want to give me the refund of my money back... Honestly, there are plenty other agencies in Sorrento that can give you a much better service with a much better price and you don't want to have any problema with those trips once you are in the City trying to enjoy your vacations... Terrible service, terrible staff
