Amazing experience at this place a while ago! The maintenance man, Marco, was amazing! We had an issue and he ensured we continued to have a pleasurable time at Valparaiso! If I could hire 10 people like him in The Netherlands it would be a great thing! Good luck Marco!

We family of 2 adults and 3 kids (9,11and 1 y.o.) rented through agency Valparaiso and stayed in Condominio Excelsior on 13 floor, apartment 52 with sea view. Checking was quick and they allow as to get in earlier. Appreciate it! During our stay we did not have much issues and the small once were addressed by the agency personnel quick and efficient. Thank you! The apartment is in the great condition, clean, with excellent view. Neighbors are peace and quiet – no issues there. There are few cons I would like to bring you attention to which might not be important for others. First is the loud music coming from all sides around the building until very late night or early in the morning. This might be an issue with small kids. You have option to get used to it or close the windows and use air condition, which we did not like. Second is the size of the kitchen. Its small and not designed for cooking for a big family with children. If you mostly eat outside – its ok, otherwise it was a challenge. Last thing please be aware that electricity is not included in the price and they charge it separately by reading the counter. Make sure you read it yourself as ours was presented incorrectly at the check in. Without using air-condition we spent 120 Euros on electricity within 40 days. Checkout was super quick, we get our deposit back. Highly recommended. Positive experience.
VILLA CA'PINNETA House very neglected - dirty, full of insects (spiders, snails, centipedes), many things to repair. Room in the basement in the worst condition - stench and moisture. Two bathrooms, but only one with hot water. The only plus is it's close to the beach.
I visited Italy in July 2016: You dont have the option to visit a house, prior you paid the full price for it. The trick is that they wanna check the house when you check out before they hand your deposit over to you - how does that work? The staff also neglected promises they made. Last visit, definitely. Unfortunately its not possible to rate em with no stars. Theres another agency (cant remember the name but theyre pretty close to this \agency\) and theyre much more professional than Valparaiso is. I swapped to the 2nd agency after a few days.
