Had to go 3 times for a coffee maker. First one was losing pressure when we used it. Had to drive again there to exchange it. The person in charge then shared with us that that model had presented previous issues, but following policy shop, they \could not\ change our product for another model or product, even less reimburse us. The second coffee maker presented similar issues, so we had to drive there all over again. Only then we could exchange it for something else, like a phone case we did not need just to take something. Never received any apology for the inconvenience, moreover the staff seemed annoyed that we did not enjoy our deficient coffee maker.

A good selection of electronic equipment. From washing machines to computer. I bought 2 days ago a Bluetooth headset. After charging it overnight I found it faulty and not working. Returning the headset resulted in an exchange for another one. So far no problem. However, I wanted to test the new headset which of course required to open the package. After testing it we put both headsets in the correct packaging. The Unit had in its accessories a spare set of earpads. However, there was only mine on the table. The sales assistance said this belongs to the old returned set. I trief to explain that this was my set. He was not prepared to hand me back my set and kept the earbuds. In the end I left with one set short. I know perfectly well that I had my spare set with me since my wife ran after me when I entered the shop yelling that I forgot the spare set. She handed them to me. Now I have a working headset but only one set of earbuds. For this I give only 3 Points.
