I took to print 200 copies of a brochure. They agreed to do it quite fast and at a great price. On the day when I went to pick up the printed brochure, they didn't check and the design of the brochure was compromised. I was obviously not happy about it but they without any hesitation asked for the original files adobe indesign file and provided to print everything again, fast, with no extra cost and without saying a word! These people are professional and reliable. I totally recommend them!
