Terrible experience with this agency. The staff were really friendly and seemed very helpful at the beginning until they wanted me to lie about my residency through another Government agency. I was not going to have incorrect information about myself on a Government system and while one of the HR ladies was pressuring me to the extreme to do so, I finally said no. The minute I said no, she became extremely rude and told me that I had just wasted 2 hours of her time, even though I was her client. Straight after this meeting and after feeling very bad and uncomfortable, I had a Skype interview with a potential employer. I never heard from Umana again after this interview and not getting the job. Don't waste your time with this agency, they are fake, unprofessional and incompetent.
